Each letterbox parcel has a Track & Trace code, but I can’t fully track my parcel. What do I do?
When it comes to a PostNL Letterbox Parcel, it receives a final scan when it goes out with the delivery person and occasionally just before it is delivered to the mailbox. In some cases, this may result in the Letterbox Parcel not receiving the correct delivery scan. Therefore, the status information for the Letterbox Parcel may be less complete than that of a parcel shipment.
If you have sent a Letterbox Parcel with DHL or DPD, the parcel always receives a scan before it is delivered through the mailbox.
If the Track & Trace information indicates "Shipment delivered" but the recipient has not received anything, always ask the recipient to inquire with neighbors and/or household members.
