Can I send a parcel by registered post?

No, It is not possible to send your packages via MyParcel by registered mail.

For more certainty, it is possible to send packages with the 'Signature for receipt' option. With this option, your package may also be delivered to the neighbors. The neighbors then sign for receipt of the package.

With the option 'Delivery only to recipient', the shipment may not be offered to the neighbors, but a housemate at the specified delivery address can, for example, receive the package and sign for it.
