What’s the difference between the ‘Signature upon receipt’ and ‘Deliver to recipient only’ shipping options?
If you select the ‘Signature upon receipt’ option, the person who receives the shipment needs to sign that they have received the parcel. The neighbours can also do this.
The ‘Deliver to recipient only’ option does not allow the shipment to be delivered to the neighbours - only to the recipient’s address. The person who receives the parcel at this address could also be a housemate. Housemates do not need to sign for delivery.
