When do you opt to send a letterbox parcel?
You can send smaller, low value products as letterbox parcels. However, letterbox parcels do need to fit through the letterbox. The maximum dimensions of letterbox parcels are 38x26.5x32cm and the maximum weight is 2kg.
If the shipment contains high value products, we recommend that you send it as a parcel shipment (with insurance if necessary).
