Can the return label be printed at the location where the customer delivers the parcel?
The return label that you sent to your customer can be printed at a PostNL location within the Netherlands. This is called printerless returns. For terms and more information, please check here in the FAQ.
Unfortunately, printerless returns are not available outside the Netherlands with any of our other carriers.
