You can send parcels with a maximum weight of 23kg to countries in the European Union. For an XL surcharge of €3,46 you can send a parcel with a maximum weight of between 23kg and 30kg. This option is called ‘XL parcel’ and you can select it under ‘Shipping options’ when creating a new shipment. You can also send parcels weighing up to 20kg to countries outside of the EU. For parcels with destinations outside of the EU, the XL size is not available.
