No, it is not possible to send a letterbox parcel insured. We advise you to only send small products with low value in a letterbox parcel. Another option is to create a parcel shipment (with insurance). PostNL cannot initiate an investigation in case of a lost or damaged letterbox parcel. However, this is possible with DHL and DPD.
