How do I change my return details?
You can change the return details in the backoffice by clicking the ‘Account’ icon next to ‘New shipment’ > ‘Shop settings’ > select correct webshop > ‘Return’. Here you can change the return address and return conditions, configure the price for returns labels for your customer and personalise your return email.
