In the backoffice, go to your Shipment Summary
and search for the shipment. Click the return arrow on the right-hand side of the shipment. You can now check all the information and add or change information where necessary. It is important that your customer's email address is entered correctly because they will receive the return label on this email address. Once all of the information is correct, click Save. Your customer will now receive and email containing the return label and instructions for returning their order.
