It is best to send high value products as a parcel shipment. You can also opt to add insurance to shipments within the Netherlands if necessary. Parcels that do not fit through the letterbox should also be sent as parcel shipments. If it is easier for your customer to have the parcel sent directly to a PostNL location, you can indicate this when creating the label.
