Where can I configure the Track & Trace email that the customer will receive?
You can configure this in the MyParcel backoffice. Go to the ‘Account’ icon next to ‘New shipment’ > ‘Shop settings’ > select correct webshop > Track & Trace. You can then configure the various Track & Trace options to match your preferences. Under ‘Track & Trace emails’, you can customise the email that will be sent to you customer.
