When is a Track & Trace email sent?
You choose the shipping moment of the Track & Trace email yourself, if you have activated it. You can opt to send the email when the carrier scans it for the first time, which is when you drop it off with the carrier. Alternatively, you can choose to send the Track & Trace email to your customer at the moment you download the shipping label.
