Will my customer, who lives abroad, receive a Track & Trace email?
Yes, if you have activated the Track & Trace email functionality and have the status for a country or the 'default' option set to 'on'. We will tell you how to do that below:
- Login to your MyParcel account → Go to Account settings → Click on Track & Trace in the relevant webshop → Scroll down to 'Your Track & Trace emails' → In the column 'Status' activate the Track & Trace email for a specific type of shipment → Then click on the pencil icon to personalise the email. You can define the text yourself and use the different email codes (displayed at the bottom of the page) to allow specific details from the order to be displayed for each customer automatically.
- For a few countries, we have already created a standard setup for the Track & Trace email in the working language of the respective country.
- The default option is a Track & Trace email that you can activate and personalise for other countries.
