Can I determine the text of my Track & Trace email?
Yes. We have set up a standard email text for you, but you can easily change it. Login to your MyParcel account → Go to Shop settings in the relevant webshop → Click on Track & Trace → Scroll down to 'Your Track & Trace e-mails' → In the column 'Status' activate the Track & Trace e-mail for a specific kind of shipment → Then click on the pencil-icon to determine the text of the e-mail yourself. By using the email codes (displayed at the bottom of the page), specific order details can be automatically displayed for each customer.
