Is the barcode from the foreign carrier also in the Track & Trace mail?

The barcode from the foreign carrier is not usually included the Track & Trace email. If you have chosen to send the Track & Trace email after PostNL’s first scan, we advise you to put the partner barcode and Track & Trace code in the Track & Trace email. In some cases, the partner barcode is not available immediately at the time of shipment. Until the partner barcode is available, the PostNL barcode and Track & Trace link will be used in these email codes. 

  • You can use the different email codes (displayed at the bottom of the page) to enable specific order details to be displayed for each customer automatically.
