How does MyContracts work?
If you have your own shipping contract with DHL, DPD or Shipping via Bol.com orders, you can activate these in your MyParcel account. This ensures that you can create shipping labels on the MyParcel platform, but against your own shipping conditions. This means that the invoicing and the customer service for the shipments simply go through the carrier, and at the same time you can use the standard functionalities of MyParcel. Depending on the level of MyContracts, you pay a fixed amount per month, and you have a number of included shipping labels. Once the included labels are used up, you pay an additional cost for each additional shipping label created. The amount of this surcharge depends on the type of subscription you have.
