Does a DPD package have a track & trace?

Absolutely! In addition to regular track & trace, DPD offers 'Predict.' This means that your customer will receive a message on the day of delivery with a specified one-hour time slot for when the package will be delivered. If your customer is not at home during this time, it is possible to adjust the delivery through the DPD app.

It's important to note that when the customer gives permission to leave the package, it is no longer insured, and the recipient is responsible for it.
