What is a closure declaration from PostNL?

When your company is closed on a specific day, this can be communicated through a closure declaration form from PostNL. The delivery person carries these forms. By requesting the closure declaration, delivery on this specific day is postponed and rescheduled for the next available day when someone is present.

When this declaration is no longer applicable, it can be canceled via the parcel delivery person. The delivery person has a form for this purpose.

If canceling through the delivery person is not possible, please let us know. This also applies to requesting the closure declaration.
