Why do I need to complete customs forms?

Customs forms are mandatory when sending parcels that pass through customs, which are parcels crossing the borders of the European Union. Within the European Union, there is free movement of goods and services, which is why customs forms are not required. For countries where customs forms are required, this is integrated into our system when creating the shipment.
