How can I undo a created shipment?

If you have created a shipping label, you cannot delete it from your shipment overview. However, you can hide it by clicking on the eye icon under "Action." Not every shipping label you create is invoiced immediately. Shipping costs are only invoiced once your shipment is scanned by the carrier, so you only pay for what you actually ship.

If you have created a UPS shipment that is already pre-announced, it will be invoiced immediately. If you decide not to use this label, please contact us.
