Are pre-registered shipments charged?

A pre-announced shipment is not invoiced immediately. This only occurs once the shipment has been dispatched and received its initial scan from the carrier.

Only UPS shipments are invoiced immediately. If you ultimately do not use the generated label, please contact us, and we will credit the incurred costs. If you later decide to use the label after all, it will be invoiced accordingly.
