I have not received an invoice. Where can I find it?

Invoices are sent via email to both the email address filled in under: Shop Settings > Company Details > Contact and Invoice Information > general email as well as invoice email. Please ensure you select the correct shop from the dropdown menu in the green banner at the top if you have created multiple shops.

If you haven't received an invoice, it may have landed in your spam folder, or the email address may no longer be valid. It is advisable to check these details.

Are these details correct? If so, please contact our customer service.

You can also always find the invoice in your account under Financial > Invoices.
