The Collection Service (up to 25 parcels) has time slots of 3pm to 6.30pm on working days, with a time frame of two hours. National holidays excluded. The Collection Service Plus (more than 25 parcels) has a standard time slot of 4pm to 6pm. If you prefer, you can request a shorter time frame.
