Can I track my EU shipment?

Yes. You can usually track international shipments using the Track & Trace information in your shipments summary. From time to time, the information may not be up to date because the information provided by our foreign partners has not been integrated into the system properly. If this is the case, you can always check the website of the relevant foreign carrier.
