Start shipping with Bugalou and MyParcel.
You can connect Bugalou to MyParcel in just a few steps. Once connected, your customers automatically receive order updates via WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger.
- Log in to your Bugalou account and go to Settings → Channels.
- Find MyParcel under E-commerce and click Settings.
- Enter your MyParcel API key (found in your MyParcel account under Shop settings → Integration).
- Click Connect.
- That’s it, the integration is live!
To set up automatic order updates, go to the Automation Builder in Bugalou. Create a trigger based on a shipment status (for example “Delivered”) and choose through which channel your customer should receive the message.
