How does the case overview work?

Here you can immediately see what the status of your case is, what action we will take, what action is expected of you (if necessary) and what the expected response time is. You can also respond to the case. This way you can keep an overview and follow the progress of all your cases. You can reach the case overview via "Support > Case overview" in your MyParcel account.

Under the heading "All" you will find an overview of all cases. You can also see all open and/or closed cases, under the headings "Open" and Closed ".

On the right side there are 2 icons for each line; a speech bubble and a cross. If your question has already been answered or the shipment has been delivered in the meantime, you can close the case by tapping the cross and then selecting the reason for closing. It is possible to view the case details and respond immediately by clicking on the speech bubble.
