How do I cancel MyParcel?

At MyParcel cancelling means that you want to delete your account. You (if you are the owner of the account) must announce this by creating a case in your account. If successful, we will delete your account immediately. Please note that once you delete your account, we will never be able to get it back for you.

Please Note: Pickup service(s) and any subscriptions and/or packages will not be automatically canceled.
