You can enable printerless returns in no time by going to 'Shop settings' > 'Returns'. Under ‘Printerless returns through PostNL’, select 'Yes’. Then select whether you want to apply a surcharge (payable by the customer) for printerless returns. Click ‘Save settings’. The surcharge for printerless returns is €0,11 per return shipment.
