Why am I unable to activate MyContracts?
MyContracts is only available if your shop is set up for post-payment (through invoice or direct debit). If you use prepayment, you cannot use the functionality. In that case, we recommend that you change your shop’s payment method. If you are unable to activate MyContracts for some other reason, please contact us. We will be happy to help!
