What is a Track & Trace email?

The Track & Trace email is sent from your account to your customer when a shipment is sent. Your customer can follow the shipment through the Track & Trace code in this mail and then knows when the shipment will arrive. To send the Track & Trace email automatically to your customer you first need to activate it within your account. You choose the time to send the email. Choose to send with the first scan by PostNL or when you download the shipping label.

  • You can set up a Track & Trace email for each type of shipment. Check at the bottom of the page if the email for the desired shipment has 'Status' on.
