What are the dimensions allowed for sending via DPD?

When you send with DPD to a residential address, the dimensions are:

• Package shipment when you drop off at a DPD Parcel shop: length or diagonal up to 100 cm and up to 20 kg.
• Package shipment if you use a pickup service: length or diagonal up to 175 cm and up to 31.5 kg.
• Letterbox parcel: maximum 38 x 26 x 3 cm and maximum 1 kg.

When you send with DPD to a business address, the dimensions are:

• Package shipment when you drop off at a DPD Parcel shop: length or diagonal measured from 23 x 16 cm to 100 cm and up to 20 kg.
• Package shipment if you use a pickup service: length or diagonal measured from 23 x 16 cm to 175 cm and up to 31.5 kg.

For all packages larger than 130 cm longest side measured, a surcharge of € 1,75 is standardly applied.

When you send to a pickup location with DPD, the dimensions are:

• Length or diagonal measured up to 100 cm and up to 20 kg.

When you send a return shipment with DPD, the dimensions are:

• Package shipment when you drop off at a DPD Parcel shop: length or diagonal measured up to 100 cm and up to 20 kg.
