How do I activate the order summary in my account?
You can activate your order information using your own webshop software and MyParcel back office in a few simple steps. Start by installing the latest MyParcel plug-in in your WooCommerce or Magento webshop. Our technical manual explains how to install an update. Click here for the WooCommerce and Magento 2 manual. Then change the summary settings using your shop software. Then activate the order summary in your MyParcel account. Do this as follows: Log in, navigate to 'Account settings' and go to 'Order information and printing options'. At ‘Import order information’, click ‘Yes’. Select the method you want to use to create the packing slip and shipping label. You can print these out separately or together.
After these steps, the order summary will be visible at the top of your MyParcel back office, between 'Dashboard' and 'Shipments'.
