How do I schedule a Collection Service?
That can be done in various ways and depends on the carrier with which you send your parcels and also want them to pick up.
Are you sending with PostNL? Then you can easily schedule the Pickup Service or Pickup Service Plus through your account > Shipments > Pickup Service.
Are you sending with DHL or DPD? Then you can choose one of these carriers via your account > Shipments > Pickup Service > New Pickup Moment. Then fill out the form and send it to us. We will process your request as soon as possible and contact the carrier.
Are you sending with UPS? Then you can choose to have your package(s) picked up as a delivery option during checkout in the back office.
