When is it best to send a shipment as a parcel?

When sending parcels with a higher value, it's best to choose a parcel shipment. You can also choose to add insurance to the shipment if needed. A parcel that doesn't fit through the mailbox should obviously be sent as a parcel shipment as well. If it's more convenient for your customer to have the parcel delivered directly to a pickup location, you can indicate this when creating the label.
