It is possible to use the same conditions for return shipments as for outbound shipments. To check or change the configured conditions, go to the return settings in the MyParcel backoffice. Then take the following steps: ‘Account’ icon next to ‘New shipment’ > ‘Shop settings’ > select correct shop > ‘Return’ > ‘Change return conditions’. You can then configure the validity period for the return link.
