Processing agreement
MyParcel processes personal data. We have drawn up an agreement regarding the processing of data for our customer. The agreement is available here.

We process your personal data because we want to provide you with a personalised service. We use information relating to persons which we have stored for this purpose, so as to enable us to assist as quickly and efficiently as we can in case of any questions regarding any of our services. General terms and conditions MyContracts
We have drawn up a number of rules relating to the use of MyContracts, which we have set out in this document.
Webshop promotion.
10% discount on packaging with FEESTDAGEN10 in our packaging webshop.
- Valid until 30 November 2025.
- Not valid in combination with other promotions.
- Not valid for scanners and printers.
PostNL Europe promotion. € 0.50 discount per parcel shipment.
- € 0.50 discount on shipments sent between 20 October and 31 December 2025.
- Valid only for new customers who register between 20 October and 31 December 2025.
- Valid only for standard PostNL parcels to countries within Europe (excluding the Netherlands and Belgium).
- Valid only for outbound shipments, not for returns.
- Valid only for shipments sent via the MyParcel PostNL shipping contract, not via own contracts.
- Valid only for the PostNL standard parcel. Not valid for other PostNL products, such as small parcels or letterbox parcels.
- Not valid for other carriers, such as DHL, UPS, and DPD.
