Connecting your ChannelDock webshop with MyParcel is very straightforward. After connecting, you can immediately start using all our services for your webshop!
- In your MyParcel account, go to Shop Settings > General and copy the API key. If you don’t see the API key, you might need to generate it first by clicking on ‘Generate API Key.’ Once generated, copy the API key.
- Log in to your ChannelDock admin and paste the API key on the ‘Carriers’ page.
- Click ‘Connect carrier’ to establish the connection. You can now process orders in ChannelDock with a MyParcel shipping option.
