Shipping via PackCloud with MyParcel.

With PackCloud, you effortlessly manage the entire logistics of your webshop, including inventory management, from order to shipping and returns, all from one user-friendly platform. Link with MyParcel to automatically create shipping labels directly from PackCloud. It's that easy!

Start shipping via PackCloud with MyParcel.

  1. Log in to your MyParcel account.
  2. Go to Shop settings > Integration.
  3. Is there already an API key here? If so, you can use it. If there’s no API key here yet, click Generate API key.
  4. Go to the PackCloud panel (Office > settings > Integrations and click Create, then Connect with MyParcel).
  5. Enter a name in the Name field to recognize the connection, such as MyParcel.
  6. Enter the API key you created in your MyParcel account in the previous step into the API key field.
  7. Click Create.

Activate shipping methods.

After the connection is created in PackCloud, it may take a few seconds for the shipping services from MyParcel to load. Once they are loaded, the page will automatically refresh.

  1. Click Configure next to the shipping service you want to use in PackCloud.
  2. Enable the shipping service by toggling the switch to Enabled.

PackCloud will now load the available countries and various shipping methods for the shipping service.

  1. Enable the desired shipping methods.
  2. Enable the desired countries.

Success! You can now create shipments via MyParcel directly from PackCloud.
