How does printerless returns work?
You can enable printerless returns in no time by going to 'Shop settings' > 'Returns'. Under ‘Printerless returns through PostNL’, select 'Yes’. Then select whether you want to apply a surcharge (payable by the customer) for printerless returns. Click ‘Save settings’. Your customer will receive a returns email with a link to your returns portal, where they can find the digital barcode. That digital barcode is then scanned on the customer’s mobile phone at a PostNL location. The PostNL employee then prints the label for your customer and processes the parcel as a return shipment. The surcharge for printerless returns is €0.11 per return shipment.
