Can I use printerless returns for all my shipments?
You can only use printerless returns if the outbound shipment was sent as a parcel without shipping options. If the return is a letterbox parcel or a parcel shipment with shipping options (such as 18+ age check or increased liability), the digital barcode will not be available and your customer will need to print a return label themselves.
