Can I configure a pick-up point for my shipment to Belgium?

Yes, you can definitely configure a pick-up point for your parcel with a destination in Belgium.

1. Log into the MyParcel backoffice.
2. Go to 'Shipments'.
3. Create a 'New Shipment'.
4. Select the ‘Country’ (Belgium) and enter your customer’s details.
5. Click ‘Select adjusted delivery’.
6. Allow the system to search for the postcode and house number you have selected.
7. You can now see a list of pick-up locations. Select your preferred pick-up location.
8/ Save the shipment and print the label.

A summary of the Belgian pick-up locations is available here. There are no parcel lockers in Belgium.

If you opt for a pickup location in Belgium, the option to send your parcel insured will not be available.


Starting January 1, 2024, you will receive a €0.50 discount per parcel shipment to Belgium when you choose to have a parcel delivered directly to a PostNL pickup location. A sustainable option that helps you save on your shipping costs!
