How can my customer use the return label?
Your customer will receive an email from you through the MyParcel system containing a link that they can use to download the return label. Your customer can then print the return label and stick it to the parcel (NB: the outbound shipment label is no longer readable). Once they have done this, the customer can hand over the return shipment at a PostNL location. The email also contains a link that your customer can use to check the nearest PostNL location where they can return the parcel.
If the PostNL driver arrives at your customer's door with another parcel, they can also give the return shipment to the PostNL driver with a valid return label.
