- With DHL For You, it is not possible to ship packages larger than 120 x 60 x 60 where a maximum weight of 31.5 kilos applies.
DHL For You Today
- For DHL For You Today, it is not possible to ship parcels larger than 80 x 60 x 50 where a maximum weight of 23 kilos applies.
The following applies to DHL Parcel Connect:
- The maximum size for a DHL Parcel Connect parcel is L 200 x W 120 x H 80.
- If dimensions are between L 120 x W 60 x H 60 and L 200 x W 120 x H 80, DHL charges an 'Out of specification' surcharge of € 27.50.
- If a parcel is smaller than L15 x W11 x H3.5, DHL charges an 'Extra Handling' surcharge of € 4.00.
- If the weight of the parcel is between 23 and 31.5 kg, DHL charges a 'Heavy parcel' surcharge of € 4.75.
The following applies to DHL Europlus:
- If dimensions are between L 120 x W 60 x H 50 and L 180 x W 100 x H 50, DHL charges an 'Extra handling' surcharge of € 7.95.
- If dimensions are between L 180 x W 100 x H 50 and L 240 x W 100 x H 200, DHL charges an 'Extra Large' surcharge of € 57.50.
- If a parcel is smaller than L15 x W11 x H3.5, DHL charges an 'Extra Handling' surcharge of € 4.00.
- If the weight of the parcel is between 23 and 31.5 kg, DHL charges a 'Heavy parcel' surcharge of € 4.75.
If a parcel is larger or heavier than 31.5 kg, it cannot be delivered and will be returned. A surcharge of € 109 will be charged for this.
