How do I create a return label for a foreign shipment?

In the shipments summary in your account, you can search for the relevant outbound shipment for your customer and then click the return arrow on the right-hand side, under 'Action'. You can now enter your customer’s email address and change other details if you wish. Your customer will then receive an email containing the link to the return label.

A return label can also be sent my email separately from the outbound shipment. You can arrange this in the backoffice. Go to the shipments summary click ‘Email return link’ in the top right-hand corner. You can now enter your customer’s details and your customer will receive an email containing a link to the return label.
