On the day of delivery, DPD sends the recipient a 1-hour time slot during which the shipment will be delivered. The recipient can then change the delivery date or location if necessary via the DPD app. Additionally, the parcel can be tracked online via a live map.
Keep customers informed through your own branded Track and Trace page.
Design a branded Track and Trace email and page within our shipping platform in the branding of your e-commerce company. Once the shipment is on its way, the customer automatically receives the Track and Trace email referring to your branded Track and Trace page. Here, the customer can find the latest status of the shipment. Personalize this page with:
- Your own logo.
- The brand colors of your webshop.
- Messages from your Instagram or Twitter timeline.
- A promotional banner with your own image and link of choice.
- A link to a page where you collect all your reviews.
- A button allowing your customer to create a return label themselves.
How to track a shipment via your account?
Once you have created a shipment through your MyParcel account, you can find the shipment in your ‘Shipment Overview.’ Click on the shipment to view the DPD Track and Trace information. Keep your customers informed about the status of their shipment through your personalized Track and Trace email and page.
