A delivery scan is displayed but my letterbox parcel has not been received. What do I do?

When the Letterbox Parcel has not been received and the Track & Trace status indicates that the shipment has been delivered, it may have been delivered to the neighbors.

If that is not the case, then it's best to contact us so we can see what we can do for you in this situation. You must report a non-received letterbox parcel to us within 30 calendar days after the last scan.

For a PostNL letterbox parcel, we cannot inquire as we can with a parcel shipment, it is, therefore, advisable to ship a higher value as a parcel shipment (with insurance). It is possible to inquire with DPD and DHL as these letterbox parcels receive all scans. For more information, also check out our blog.
