Does the letterbox parcel have a Track & Trace?
Letterbox parcels receive a Track & Trace code that is linked to the shipment.
To make sure your customer stays up to date with the Track & Trace information, you can change your settings so that your customer receives a Track & Trace email. You can do this by logging into the MyParcel backoffice. Then go to the ‘Account’ icon next to ‘New shipment’ > ‘Settings’. At the bottom of this page, select ‘Track & Trace’ next to the correct shop. On this page, you can configure when your customer receives a Track & Trace email.
