Why can’t missing letterbox parcels be investigated?
Letterbox parcels are sent through the sorting process of letter mail and have a less comprehensive Track & Trace. Additionally, letterbox parcels are delivered by the mail carrier, who typically does not have a package scanner with them. Therefore, inquiries cannot be made about a letterbox parcel.
When you send a letterbox parcel via DHL or DPD, you will receive a comprehensive Track & Trace because the parcel goes through regular parcel sorting and is delivered by a carrier with a package scanner.
