Why can’t missing letterbox parcels be investigated?
Letterbox parcels are sent through the same sorting process as letter mail and have less detailed Track & Trace information. Letterbox parcels are also delivered by postal workers. For this reason, it is not possible to make enquiries about letterbox parcels.
