Each letterbox parcel has a Track & Trace code, but I can’t fully track my parcel. What do I do?
The postal worker gives the letterbox package a scan before he / she delivers it through the letterbox, unfortunately due to a technical malfunction, the letterbox package may not have received the correct delivery scan.
