How do I create a return label?
Go to the ‘Shipments summary' in your account and click the return arrow on the right-hand side for each outbound shipment displayed, or click ‘Email return link' in the top right-hand corner of the summary. This will take you to a screen where you can check the details of the return label and opt for an ‘Excess’ if you wish. You can configure the amount your customer pays for the return label. Save the shipment and your customer will receive an email containing the link to the return label.
